Position Description
Walmart's User Telemetry team needs a Director to scale up our eCommerce-focused, multitenant behavioral telemetry service to support the diverse needs of the whole company, including applications for associates, suppliers, and in-store customers. This person will engage with leadership across the company to ensure that every development initiative adds to our growing base of reusable data, increasing our agility and opening new opportunities. Equally important, this person will develop the capabilities of the team and its products, continuously improving ease-of-use, data quality, data accessibility, and overall transparency.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in some form of digital analytics or data application for business reporting, product analysis, advertising, personalization, or search relevance
Firm grasp of HTTP, browser security models, and CDNs, including the ramifications of caching, cookies, and 3rd-party interactions
Facility analyzing huge datasets using both structured (data warehouse) and unstructured (big data) tools and techniques
Ability to engage and keep up with a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment comprised of competing critical objectives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
