People Team Specialist, CSC
The People Team Specialist, will be the primary People Team contact for the West Jefferson, Ohio, Customer Service Center. A successful candidate will have a proven track record supporting leaders and associates to deliver results.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactive and self-motivated, with a proven HR background, you will provide consistent results to the organization
• Working autonomously to deliver people practices at RH, you will take partners, when needed, to ensure consistency
• Lead, resolve and track all employee relations issues and investigations, including providing formal written documents to associates and our Legal team, as needed
• Partner with your leader to ensure we are proactively training associates so they are successful in their roles.
• Lead new hire orientation for all new associates
• Monitor and track workers compensation, leaves of absence, attendance, payroll, EEOC and other key HR related information
• Develop a strategic partnership with leaders to ensure that they are empowered and have the skills needed to utilize self-service including processing transactions, posting jobs and managing payroll.
• Oversee safety training and communication across the east coast home delivery network
• Ensure all associate files are complete, accurate and electronically filed in timely manner
• Partner with leadership to plan and execute associate engagement activities
REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive knowledge of HR practices and programs that enable teams to lead at a high-level and drive results. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, leave of absence, workers compensation, safety, internal communications and HR employee files, data and tracking.
• Demonstrated exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of leaving an organization better than it was before
• Ability to influence and partner at all levels of the organization
• Demonstrated ability to practice a high level of confidentiality
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• 3+ years human resources experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
