Linen Holdings is seeking a highly accomplished, versatile, hands-on Director, Human Resources to provide HR leadership and support for its growing business.
In this highly visible role, the Director, Human Resources will work closely with the Linen Holdings leadership team to cultivate and maintain a positive, high performance work environment while helping to position the company for continued growth and expansion. The Director, Human Resources will also be a member of the Bed Bath & Beyond (BBB) HR Leadership team and will interact with the BBB COEs to develop and leverage HR services and support for Linen Holdings.

Requirements:
• BS/BA in Human Resources, Business or related field desired.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR Management; HR Director level experience required.
• Knowledge of federal and state labor laws required; some international knowledge (Mexico, Panama, Dominican Republic) is desirable.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to influence key decision makers
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills..
• Is agile and innovative.
• Results driven; skilled at managing and facilitating change, possesses high initiative, is detail oriented and manages multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to travel to Linen Holdings work locations required.
• Fluent in Spanish
