Job Description
Ubisoft Entertainment, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a CRM Coordinator (Contract). The CRM Coordinator will report to the CRM Manager and work closely with the broader CRM team. This entry level position will assist in the configuration and implementation of multiple CRM campaigns and help monitor Ubisoft’s Loyalty strategy for all games operating in the NCSA (North, Central & South America) territory.
Responsibilities:
• Work with CRM Managers & Assoc. Managers to execute messaging plans for all games on all CRM channels
• Create and help manage project management needs for CRM campaign executions (via ticketing software tools)
• Maintain quality assurance across CRM channels and programs
• Assist team with reporting needs (portfolio and campaign level)
• Coordinate plans with various stakeholders internally and externally
• Be a customer advocate within Ubisoft marketing, ensuring the highest quality interactions with the customer across all CRM channels
Qualifications
• College degree in Business or online technology sciences, or comparable work experience
• Strong understanding of technology and standard business software like Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
• Familiar with project management & related software tools is a plus (Jira, Bugzilla, Google docs, Confluence…etc)
• Must be highly organized and proactive at following up on topics and coordination
• Interest in online technologies and/or data marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for gaming, entertainment or online technologies
