Overview
Responsible for prompt delivery of various on-site work assignments, providing customer service and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Fleet Management
• Providing the first level of service to end user, trouble shooting, and handling “easy fixes”
• Assessing issue in person, if the call cannot be handled remotely Following set procedures to evaluate minor machine issues, notify Service Department if problem is unresolved
• Ensuring that service calls are addressed within the four hour response time; two hour response time for locations with on-site technicians
• All device locations should be visited as service calls, supply replenishment and convenience care requires
• Coordinating overall process for deliveries/installs, removals and moves of the equipment
Supply Management
• Placing supply orders for all Canon devices
• Monitoring supplies and restocking inventory for all Canon devices
• Replacing empty toner for all Canon devices
• Maintaining accurate supply logs to be submitted to manager on a weekly basis
Report Management
• Capturing meter reads for entire fleet on a monthly basis
• Maintaining daily service activity report
• Reviewing accuracy of the monthly bills
• Updating and keeping accurate logs for reporting purposes
• Completing adhoc reporting as requested
• Reviewing quarterly business review data and conducting quarterly business reviews (depending on client preference)
• Timely submission of reports
Convenience Care
• Providing daily convenience care to all devices
• Maintaining routine upkeep of equipment; cleaning glass and surfaces, clearing paper jams, replenishing toner and loading paper
• Running daily test of equipment and all user accessible features; making test copies for quality check
Qualifications
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, basic computer skills, prior experience in a customer environment, technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to lift paper and packages weighing up to 55lbs. Knowledge of outsourcing/facilities management, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable.
