Job Summary:
Assist in data analytics, planning and forecasting for the Gaming division. Manage activities necessary to provide management with analytics including daily reporting, dashboards and KPI’s to report overall business trends. Coordinate with finance to ensure all trending, monthly reconciliations and external reporting are aligned with the requirements of the business.
Position Requirements
Essential Job Functions:
• Partner with gaming sales and finance teams to develop and deliver advanced analytics including dashboards, KPIs and other metrics
• Identify trends, performance metrics, and areas of strategic improvement through data analytics
• Support BI initiatives in Tableau and Power BI including report development and data management
• Assist in the financial forecasting and budget process and the consolidation of global financials
• Analyze complex financial information; provide timely and accurate reports to management
• Support Commercial Finance team with deal analysis and tracking
• Review analyst reports and external data to gather insight into the overall business strategy and trends and prepare presentations as needed
• Requires the ability to grasp complex business requirements and translate them into new analytics to increase data visibility to the organization
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 Years’ experience with financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
◦ Emphasis in Gaming or Finance preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
• Proficient with all Microsoft products.
◦ Advanced MS Excel skills required
• Relational database knowledge including Access or SQL required
• Tableau knowledge/experience strongly preferred
• Ability to present analytical reports in a clear and concise manner.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
