We are looking for an outstanding Client Success Partner that will join our US Ad Sales team in our Chicago office supporting our Partner Sales accounts. You will be responsible for assisting the full sales cycle from pre-sales through campaign execution, for a high volume of local, broadcast radio clients. You must be professional, organized and motivated as well as have the drive to succeed in a high volume environment. You will be a reliable support resource who can anticipate client and sales team needs. This role includes media planning, campaign execution and optimization and billing management. Above all, your work will impact the way the world experiences music.
What you’ll do
• Review RFP requests and create media plan proposals in a timely manner
• Verify inventory availability throughout the sales process
• Process insertion orders for campaign launch
• Communicate ad specifications and creative lead times to reseller partners
• Work with Ad Ops team to execute campaigns and ensure campaign delivery
• Provide clients/sales team with necessary campaign reporting, including post-campaign analysis
• Interact with Accounting department in regards to client credit and billing requests/issues
• Work from our office in Chicago
Who you are
• You have a Bachelor’s degree, with at least 1 year of experience focused in radio and digital audio
• You possess knowledge of audio metrics and terminology as well as industry data
• You are familiar with Nielsen and Triton Digital audio measurement
• You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• You are able to prioritize a high volume of requests to satisfy all client needs
• You are experienced at CRM and Order Management Systems, experience in Salesforce, DFP or DSM is preferred
• You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail that works well at a high volume pace
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• You have excellent dexterity in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You demonstrate the ability to think creatively and communicate efficiently internally and externally
• You have strong analytical and project management skills
