Job Description
Job Summary: Assist Maintenance Mechanical Manager, Facilities Manager, and Business Analyst Manager with daily administrative functions. This includes phone calls with vendors, getting quotes for materials or services, creating purchase requisitions, work order tracking and associated paperwork. Communicate with each manager frequently to relay information, and facilitate the management of multiple ongoing projects across multiple maintenance crafts.

Organizational Relationship: Reports to Business Analyst Manager
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
• Comply with all Six Flags and Great Escape policies and procedures
• Abide by all applicable laws of Local, State and Federal government.
• Needs to be a professional and highly self-motivated team member, with the ability to communicate with vendors, managers, and team members.
• Multi-task and prioritize incoming internal calls.
• Track and publish weekly labor, expense, and work order reports. Assist managers with active initiatives to achieve goals and targets.
• Assist team members with Maximo (IBM, CMMS), and Maximo tablet issues. Retrain team members when necessary.
• Assist Supervisors and Leads in daily tasks.
• Develop and post schedules for both fulltime and seasonal staff. Review labor entries. Identify and resolve user mistakes, and miss keys in Maximo and EAS.
• Print and distribute daily inspection paperwork, collect and enter missing data, and file paperwork.
• Review Maximo logs daily. Track down and enter missing data, fix erroneous logs.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
• File and maintain all contractor documents, agreements, and insurance records.
• Contact vendors and contractors on behalf of managers for parts quotation, and job scheduling.
• Expedite in procurement process in Maximo, finding missing information (insurance, project numbers, etc.)
• Provide timely communication and updates to managers on outstanding projects, and provide frequent follow up on missing information.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Work in various positions resort wide when needed.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for long periods of time
• The individual must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to actively communicate with team members and management in a timely fashion while managing multiple projects and tasks.
• Be computer proficient, and highly organized.
• Be able to remain focused with constantly changing circumstances, and constantly fluctuating work load.
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Publisher and PowerPoint.
• Must be available to work days, and sometimes weekends.
