Primary function of the Retention Coordinator is to provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies; monitoring administrative projects; Provide support and assistance to Management and not limited to producing daily, weekly and monthly tracking reports for the Retention Department.
Coordinator will provide information to sales management to ensure efficient and productive operation of the Retention Department.
Maintain statistics for management and department daily.
Produce reports and post results.
Serve as conduit to relay information and instructions to department.
Periodically schedule management meetings and order lunch. Primary co-host for all Vendors for NYC Center and for NYC/NJ Employee Events and local Incentives. i.e. Employee Appreciation Day, Holiday Party. Create and track daily, weekly, and monthly incentives.
Coordinates, tracks, and files records for corrective action, unpaid time, productivity, Agility training, etc Monitor and purchase office/coffee supplies as needed. Perform other duties, as the manager may from time to time, deem necessary.
• Strong PC skills, specifically MS Office; Word, Access, PowerPoint and advanced level of Excel knowledge a must. Knowledge of IDA preferred.
• One to three years of administrative or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and logical skills necessary and ability to prioritize a must.
• Good verbal and written communication skills required.
• Must be able to maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Must be able to work flexible hours: weekends, and overtime as required.
• Sedentary position, using a computer, must be able to sit for long periods (may stand at desk periodically), manual dexterity required.
• College Degree or Technical Degree a plus
• English/Spanish Bilingual skills a plus.
