CCOA Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answers and directs phone calls, organizes and schedules meetings and appointments.
• Assists or maintains various reports as requested.
• Produces and distributes letters, faxes, forms and emails.
• Prepares and modifies documents, files / retrieves materials, and handles requests for information.
• Maintains office by ordering supplies, managing filing, and providing support to visitors.
• Books travels and completes expense reports as requested.
• May attend sales department meetings and training sessions.
• Provides general office support to the sales manager, sales department and others as needed.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
Job Qualifications:
Education
• High school or GED, or associate’s degree, undergraduate degree preferred.
Work Experience
• 3+ years of related experience with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
Skills
• Strong organizational / time management skills and be detail oriented.
• Able to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely.
• Able to read, analyze and interpret verbal and written requests and directions.
• Able to deal with problems quickly, multi-task, and prioritize work.
• Competent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Knowledge of basic office management practices and equipment.
