We are currently looking for a Studio Manager, Workplace Services to join our Workplace team.
Reporting to the Senior Manager for Workplace Operations, you’ll be a strategic thinker with strong admin skills and experience working in fast paced office environments. Passionate about providing great service, the Studio Manager will be responsible for the smooth, efficient and professional running and maintenance of our studio as well as detailed management of our studio equipment. You should pride yourself in your quality of work and relationship building skills. Diligent follow-up, attention to detail, and an ability to develop and execute best practices that align with our culture, will be a big asset.

Responsibilities:
• Establish and build a full in-house studio operation
• Manage all studio, green room and equipment bookings
• Generate weekly utilization reports
• Manage internal/external shooters and studio guest
• Coordinate with producers/editors/shooters to establish requirements and equipment needs in order to prepare for internal/external productions
• Set up studios based on booking requirements
• Manage housekeeping and support services for studios
• Manage studio schedule, equipment inventory (owned and rented) & damage tracking via studio management software.
• Manage relationship with external vendors related to studios
• Purchase/track all new equipment
• Work with vendors to facilitate repairs/maintenance of space/equipment
• Work with technical services manager to ensure alignment on studio best practices
• Oversea safety and security of studio occupants and guest
• Manage COI and access requirements for all external productions
Minimum Qualifications:
• 3+ years relevant experience ideal gained in multi-use studios.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
