Responsibilities
Assist General Manager & Essential Artist Services team with all department duties. Including but not limited to setting up new customers, interacting with partners, quoting for sales team, management of logistics for orders, coordinating and ensuring delivery of goods to partners and customers.
• Tour Vending – Work closely with Director, Tour Vending to ensure logistics of all products make it to the right place on time, including, but not limited to, loading and unloading products and various packages into vehicle
• Sales Team– Work closely with EAS sales team to coordinate production timing and scheduling for all clients
• Marketing– Assist General Manager in building and executing content marketing plan with relative content to build strategic B2B marketing plans utilizing social platforms
• E-commerce– Coordinate with e-commerce partner to ensure client communication is streamlined for all marketing efforts and inventory management
Qualifications
• Experience in an administrative or coordination capacity generally gained through 1 or more years of professional experience
• Experience in or knowledge of music and entertainment industry required; artist merchandising experience a plus
• Demonstrated organizational skills with strong attention to detail, including experience coordinating multiple assignments and projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to meet and anticipate deadlines, accomplish work in order of priority, and maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and changing conditions
• Proven ability to exhibit a professional manner and maintain constructive working relationships with others, including superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the company
• Ability to learn new software infrastructures for inventory management, graphic design, e-commerce, and Microsoft-based applications. Adobe Photoshop Elements, Shopify, and Sharepoint experience a plus
• Ability to learn new duties and adjust to new situations encountered on the job within a reasonable amount of time
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of numbers, their operations, and interrelationships for budget tracking and other day-to-day applications
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and duties, including typing proficiency and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment
• Ability to adapt behavior and manner based on expectations and needs of audience
