Director of Digital Content
The Director of Digital Content position is a full time, digital position. This position will produce original, lifestyle-relevant content, strategically promote via social media channels, websites, and assist the digital, promotions and programming teams with station and client campaigns. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Post relevant articles, events, and contests to station websites and promote on station social media platforms and related third party websites
• Create graphics, photos and video content for websites and social accounts
• Create and track organic and paid social media campaigns
• Identify and utilize brand-appropriate trends to grow engagement
• Monitor and update website content, including program schedules, contests, events and news/blog posts
• Monitor and update content on station apps
• Engage listeners by answering questions and receiving feedback
• Utilize social media and website analytics to track growth and trends
• Generate reports that identify successes, trends and growth opportunities
• Updated website podcasts
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Must be able to adapt and/or change styles to a wide variety of brands, including college and pro team sports, news, music and current events
• Must have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Audition)
• Must be organized, detail oriented and take ownership of campaign objectives
• We’re looking for someone who can understand how user interaction on a detailed level affects brand development on a macro level
• Great team player
• Basic HTML skills
• Video production and editing experience is a major plus
