Job Description
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing email marketing campaigns to drive incremental online and store sales. This person will also contribute in areas such as executing promotions, marketing partnerships and cross-channel campaigns.
Position Responsibilities
• Execute elements of the email marketing process, including drafting wireframe briefs, obtaining feedback and approvals, reviewing test messages and reporting on campaign performance.
• Complete components of the promotions execution process, including tracking all details of promotions, working with operations on implementation, and testing for accuracy once live.
• Participate in determining audience segmentation for email campaigns.
• Create email and direct mail marketing campaigns and manage testing and QA process with Operations and Merchandising teams.
• Manage product sample inventory and merchant solicitation for photo shoot coordination.
Essential Functions
• Interactive marketing experience.
• Interest in omni-channel marketing.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft programs, particularly in Word, Excel and Power Point.
Qualifications
Position Qualifications:
• Minimum of a 2-3 years of experience in related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
