SUMMARY
Hulu’s TAO team is seeking a(n) HRIS Integrations Analyst who will be an exceptional addition to our People Analytics team. As a(n) HRIS Integrations Analyst at Hulu, you will be the subject matter expert for Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assist with: integrations, ensuring data integrity, testing system changes and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Work closely with the HRIS team to understand business processes, goals and gaps to implement solutions (e.g. automating and improving workflows) that address the business’ needs
• Support team lead in requirements gathering and testing new HR integrations
• Support other teams with any issues they face with respect to HR data flow between Workday and other systems
• Partner closely with various business stakeholders (Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Finance, etc.) to ensure open communication regarding project updates
• Assist the team with project management and execution of Workday Feature Releases (e.g. service updates, integrations, new configurations)
• Assist in system testing by executing test scripts, identifying integration change impacts and documentation for new functionality releases
• Partner with team lead to execute Workday solutions that will help TAO team members be more efficient
• Serve as the point of contact on integration file feeds between HRIS and other outside vendors that includes enhancing, troubleshooting existing integration systems and debugging file transfer failures
• Provide integration support as needed to Workday end users
• Build, test and deploy new integrations as needed by business
• Assist in creating a repository for integration technical specification documents and other workflow documentation for new and existing integrations
• Assist team lead with integration security audits on a timely basis to ensure data integrity and system security
• Any ad-hoc requests for EIBs or other integration requests
WHAT TO BRING
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related area or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of Workday Integrations including Core Connectors, EIBs, Studio and BIRT
• Experience designing, developing, testing and troubleshooting Workday integrations
• Proficiency in web services and technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML and XSLT
• Strong concepts of Workday frameworks such as Integrations, Reporting, Business Processes and Security
• 2+ years of hands-on HRIS experience in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing are necessary
• Experience in HR systems administration or HRIS project roles
• Demonstrated experience in optimizing processes to achieve and maximize department goals and objectives
• Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and the ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent experience
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure while meeting project deadlines
• Ability to manage change effectively keeping in mind business process and systems implications along with new technology trends
• Must exhibit strong ownership of work, be a self-starter, independent problem solver, team-player and proactive

• Workday Prism Analytics experience
• Workday Financials experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Interest in data engineering or database management
• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting
