Requirements
Title: Agile Release Manager
Purpose: The Achieve Release Manager role will support the Senior Director, Agile Process in communicating, from code complete to released to customers. By partnering with Achieve Software Release Manager as well as other peers in the technology, product, UX, and scrum masters, the release coordinator will track the business and customer impact of code moving from code complete within teams, merged into a release candidate, end-to-end tested, user acceptance tested, and deployed to production.
Responsibilities include:
• Compiling and validating documentation for each release candidate
• Coordinating across engineering and infrastructure teams to ensure issues found in testing are documented, prioritized by product, resolved if deemed necessary, and documented in release notes if not prioritized
• Ensure product team has documented UAT tasks. Facilitate account creation and onboarding process for UAT participants
• Organize UAT participant feedback against documented tasks, facilitate product prioritization of tasks, and execute on product prioritization.
• Produce release notes for product, tech, and UX audience
• Provide input to Senior Director, Agile Process for release process improvement
Requirements:
• 3+ years of participation in Agile software delivery
• Experience with complex SaaS solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Consensus building
