Senior Associate, People Strategy Operations
The Senior Associate, People Strategy Operations role will report into the Global People Center (GPC), whose purpose is to provide a consistent experience for Sapient people across the globe related to policies, processes, and tools to support people needs and to enable a high performance culture.

Job Summary
The primary functions of this position include supporting the operational functions of the People Strategy domain, with a keen eye for process improvement across functional areas. The Sr. Associate, People Success works under supervision of either a Sr. Manager or Manager of People Success, and takes day-to-day direction from the People Strategy team.

General Responsibility
Specifics
Performance Management
• Tracks and facilitates People Strategy integration and all required steps related to bench, performance and utilization management, exceptions, conversations, etc.
• Supports all phases of the Enabling Your Potential process including planning, data management, and global coordination
• Coaches managers on promotion readiness and facilitate promotion approval meetings, adhering to company guidelines
• Shares feedback with leadership and facilitating action on issues/ highlighting high risk individuals
• Provides support to People Strategists on employee relations, exits, and internal investigations
Total Rewards Management
• Program manages global performance and rewards initiatives, such as annual merit increases, bonus payouts, and bi-annual promotions through operational excellence – by managing timelines, writing communications, creating reporting and analytics,tracking progress and driving completion
• Facilitates off-cycle compensation process (includes spot bonus program); develop guidelines, manage budgets, present business cases to executive leadership
• Implements the Rewards and recognition frameworks
• Serves as HR consultant for compensation system vendor selection
Mobility Support
• Partners on all relocation activity for Publicis.Sapient, partnering closely with GPC on people experience, budgets, approvals, trending, etc.
• Serves as key point of contact on all immigration related issues; first level escalation for People Strategy team
• Implements new policy and acts as change management agent for global business traveler policy implementation; train Client Executives on new policy, serve as an employee relations consultant for business travelers
Analytics and Trends
• Conducts exit interviews and analyzes and report attrition data to engage and retains key talent in competitive talent market
• Develops Talent Management program and workforce planning initiatives in partnership with People Strategists and Talent Strategists; analyzes and summarizes talent review and 9 box information, and present findings and trends to leadership to inform follow-up talent initiatives.
• Creates presentations for leadership team on billable utilization, bench status, and forecasted exits to inform staffing and capacity decisions
• Researches and presents external HR trends and conduct internal interviews with business leads as part of company-wide redesign of Performance Management approach
• Manages people trackers to ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics
• Consolidates, validates, revalidates all people data
• Sets reporting requirements on visa, vacation utilization, compliance, training data with the relevant specialized team
Other People Strategy Operations Support
• Coordinates update calls, acts as key note taker and project coordinator for People Strategy work in local geographies.
• Is an onboarding and lifecycle experience team member; assists with new hire integration where appropriate
• Supports People Strategists with LOAs, status changes, supervisor changes, BU and discipline changes, etc.
• Serves as the voice on the ground and provide insights to enable People Strategists to make judicious decisions
• Is responsible & accountable for the manager and below Career Stages ; create manager forums and maintain pulse checks with people
• Assists in ramping up new People Strategists into processes
• Co-ownership and creation of PS calendar
• Assists with process implementation, takes ownership, and serves as a change agent for new BU-project roll-outs: communicates to key stakeholders, and provides feedback on organizational changes for better buy-in
• Contributes to special project by providing inputs and owning milestones
• Answers policy and process queries across function
Job Requirements:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience Guidelines:
• 2-5 years of work experience in Human Resources, operations experience preferred
• Experience with process improvements and trouble shooting
• Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly
• Strong client/customer service skills
• Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly in fast paced, highly matrixed organization
• Ability to write business correspondence and create reports
• Ability to effectively and amiably present information and respond to questions from Publicis.Sapient people
• Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables of moderately complex scope
• Ability to use judgment within defined practices and procedures, as well as handle projects which have short-term focus
• Ability to address issues proactively and constructively with direct management and team members
• Competency in handling difficult and sensitive conversations with people, leadership etc.
• Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word knowledge
• Ability to report, analyze and summarize data for stakeholders and leadership
• Ability to work effectively with project teams and clients across multiple locations and time zones
