The HRIS Specialist is an entry-level position within the HRIS structure. The primary focus of this position is the execution of all frontline HR business processes: onboarding, employee life cycle events and off boarding.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand and execute WWE’s end-to-end HR business processes and maintain data quality in HRIS Workday
• Process high volume employee transactions (new hires, changes, terminations) in system ensuring accuracy, completeness and timely entry
• Utilize HR ServiceNow to receive information and take an action on any escalations where there are questions about data received
• Work collaboratively to improve efficiency and consistently execute all HR business processes
• Other duties as assigned to support business needs
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
Work Experience:
• 2+ years of experience working in data entry/computer processing.
• Entry level experience in Human Resources and HRIS
Computer Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel, PPT, Visio
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Meticulous level of attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with employee personal information
• Positive attitude, team player, great interpersonal communication skills
• Good follow through and communications skills, both written and verbal
• High level of ethics and integrity

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience with HR Data Entry
• Experience working with HRIS Workday preferred
• Able to sort through issues and seek input from others
• Strong Customer Service interacting with internal customers
• Proficient computer processing and data
