The Manager, Global Talent Intelligence will be responsible for creating and developing an external candidate sourcing channels for Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) Motion Pictures Group and Sony Pictures Television lines-of-business as well as the Corporate functions. In partnership with the Director, Global Talent Acquisition, the successful incumbent will set strategies to ensure a proactive external mapping of diverse top passive candidates that align to SPE’s cultural and business objectives. In addition, the Manager, Global Talent Intelligence will partner with the Global Talent Acquisition team and People & Organization (P&O) Business Partner teams by providing market analysis to ensure SPE’s new roles are aligned to current market demands and industry competitors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SOURCING
• Development of an external candidate mapping of diverse top passive candidates across SPE’s Motion Picture Group, Sony Pictures Television, and SPE’s Corporate divisions for mission-critical and high impact roles
• Creating a talent branding strategy that attract external passive candidates that align to SPE’s cultural and business objectives
• Building an external talent strategy that ensures continual SPE engagement with diverse top passive candidates
MARKET ANALYSIS
• Development of a global talent landscape dashboard across SPE’s Motion Picture Group, Sony Pictures Television as well as SPE’s corporate functions
• Identification of current candidate landscape across global regions that will help position SPE’s new roles attractiveness vs market
• Create external candidate analysis of role life spans that develops retention strategy with Business Leaders and People & Organizations Business Partners
• Provide market analysis to P&O Business Leaders of SPE’s current talent in-flows and out-flows per functional across our lines-of-business
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BA / BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in an Analytical Research or Program Development within a Human Resources function
• Strong technical skills and ability to present at all levels of an organization
• Comfortability communicating/engaging external top diverse candidates
• An inclination towards Talent Management and /or Organizational Design is preferred
