About the Team
The Client Services team strives to maintain the integrity of the iHeartMedia brand while engaging and enhancing the client’s experience across all pillar events.
About the Position The Coordinator, Client Partnership VIP Services role will support the SVP Client Partnerships & Sales Leadership on strategic & targeted guest list collection, iHeartMedia sales client database daily maintenance, financial reconciliation of allocations, salesforce inputs and experiential elements around our pillar events. As an event approaches the layer of experiential needs will be part of this role requiring this position to travel to all Pillar events for support of VIP event allocation needs on-site.
Key Responsibilities
• Aiding in the compilation of strategic event guest lists for the company’s Pillar events
• Meticulous daily database management
• Liaison across multiple departments (for real time accuracy throughout invite process)
• Aggregation of attendee data
• Event, on-site execution support
• Weekly reporting to Client Partnerships leadership
Works Closely With
• National Programming Group
• Sales Executives & Various Leadership Teams
Qualifications
• Effective written and communication skills both internally & externally
• Superior organization
• Solution oriented
• Proactive
• Familiar with Salesforce
• Strong Project Management skills
• Track record of implanting efficient processes in the work place
• 2+ years VIP Event Management
• Travel required
• Experience working with C-suite & Senior level executives
