Temporary Recruiter
The Recruiter will primarily be responsible for executing fully life-cycle recruitment activities for open positions at all levels throughout the WWE. This is a hands-on role responsible for direct candidate recruitment, as well as developing and implementing sourcing strategies that lead to the achievement of business hiring objectives. Additionally, providing coaching and best practices guidance as appropriate across our HR and non-HR teams.
Responsibilities:
• Working directly with hiring managers and leadership team/s, managing full cycle recruitment across all lines of business and staffing projects
• Act as a strategic business partner and talent advisor for the specific businesses
• Partner with HR and non-HR stakeholders to understand needs; skill gap analysis and succession planning
• Drive the full talent acquisition process, leveraging industry best practices
• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing and recruiting strategies consistent with our company’s recruiting brand and process to meet business objective; leveraging industry standard job boards, social media platforms, referrals, networking events and strategies, cold calling, sourcing jam/blitzes
• Execute the recruitment strategy by identifying and sourcing the appropriate talent for open positions including phone screening, interviewing, offer development and negotiation, and closing/offer acceptance; including background check initiation and dispositioning based on results
• Coach and support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies; establish and maintain a consistent and valid candidate assessment process
• Manage candidate engagement and motivation, while maintaining responsive & open lines of communication to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Work with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure seamless onboarding of new staff
• Execute data entry in a timely, rigorous, and consistent manner to ensure monitoring and reporting of recruitment activities for all talent acquisition is accurate
• As needed, help identify best practices & recruitment processes improvements
• Proactively develop internal bench for frequently filled positions
• Proactively seek out industry information and best practices to continue to improve processes
• Leverage best practices and data-driven processes to continuously improve the Talent Acquisition process
• Develop and maintain relationships with key agency and vendor contacts
• Finalize job description formatting for internal/external posting
Qualifications:
• 7-10 years in recruiting; combination of agency and corporate required
• BA/BS required
• Understanding of EEO and other applicable labor laws and legislation
• Impeccable communication skills; verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to gain credibility and build relationships with Hiring Managers and Senior Management
• Excellent candidate engagement, relationship building, management, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to influence up, laterally, and throughout all levels of the organization
• Considerable knowledge and experience with sourcing, interviewing techniques and candidate assessments
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple and shifting priorities with strong follow-up skills
• Demonstrated experience with HRMS and applicant tracking system; strong preference on Workday and CRM platforms such as Avature
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
