Job Description
The Campaign Manager, Digital Advertising is responsible for executing, delivery, optimization and reporting of digital advertising campaigns.
Essential Job Functions
• Execute and implement advertising campaigns to ensure accurate impression, performance and revenue delivery.
• Coordinate with clients and/or agencies to obtain creative materials and launch advertising campaign.
• Ensure clients' ads are trafficked, monitored, and optimized.
• Maximize campaign performance and company revenue by preparing reports, analyzing data (performance and delivery), preparing recommendations and initiating tactical optimizations (creative execution and strategy, placement evaluation, day-parting, frequency capping, etc.) to further increase success rate and renew/grow current business.
• Accurate scheduling and trafficking of contracts from the contract management system (AdBook) to the ad serving platform (DFP Premium)
• Maintain QA process for all advertisements, assuring that all ads meet creative specifications and are tracked properly
• Coordinate with sales, client, creative and other departments for set-up and implementation of campaigns.
• Provide weekly pacing reports for all ads & provide suggested measures to ensure full revenue expectations are realized
• Create end-of-month third-party delivery reports for billing reconciliation
• Update contract management system (Fat Tail) with campaign change orders (campaign delays, optimizations, etc.) and alert team of changes that will affect revenue.
• Reduce account attrition by ensuring program goals are met and exceeded.
• Provide existing/historical program feedback during proposal process to generate compelling renewable advertising programs.
