In this role, you will work in lock step with Senior Sales Leadership and extended teams to create quarterly focus and find innovate processes to maximize sales results for the Americas Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) Territory Sales teams and channel partners. You will align, develop, and execute on strategic & innovative sales initiatives resulting in sales teams reaching their sales goals.

Responsibilities
• Work closely with sales and marketing leads to maximize focus, support communication of tools, strategic sales plays, and drive alignment
• Manage resources (i.e. budget) to contract appropriate talent need to execute on strategy and programs
• Develop strong sales stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication channels.
• Work with identified 3rd party vendors and or partnerships capable of extending the value and reach of Autodesk into the AEC markets with programs and spiffs
• Review plans and solicit feedback from stakeholder teams, such as sales, partner management, technical sales and marketing
• Optimize the impact of channel sales efforts through incentives and programs to scale Autodesk revenues
• Leverage historic performance and team input to develop budgets & forecasts for the program
• Manage all aspects of quarterly sales program, initiatives, or offers from development to execution for assigned industries and channels.
• Create Quarterly Sales Plays aligned to support the sales targets and Partner Channels pipeline needs.
• Generate strategies that target and block competition through specific GTM quarterly strategies
• Coordinate, Create, and Present the quarterly sales programs/initiatives to Internal Territory Sales teams and to channel partners via online or pre-recorded platforms
• Analyze sales program/initiative metrics and sales trends to evaluate success. Anticipate potential issues and implement appropriate remedies.
• Monitor sales program/initiative strategies, tactics and procedures to meet changing needs of territory sales team, partners and the business.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Min 6+ years in sales, channel sales, marketing, or relevant technology experience
• Experience in developing, implementing and communicating sales programs and initiatives
• Strong collaboration, teamwork and influencing skills
• Strong meeting facilitation skills
• Flexible approach to people, projects, and assignments
• Action oriented with a high attention to detail
• Politically savvy and able to create consensus through a matrixed organization
• Excellent program management and follow-through skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels of an organization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge and understanding of sales and channel
• Ability to work independently and collaborate successfully with remote individuals, and teams
• Highly organized and able to maintain clarity in changing environments
• Self-motivated and excellent problem-solving skills as well as a team-oriented attitude
• Skilled in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and multitask.
• Travel as needed

• AEC Industry Knowledge
• Salesforce Experience
• Experience selling with or in a distribution channel
• Understanding of value drivers for sales teams
• Strong financial acumen
• Understanding how to sell Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
