The Sr Coordinator will coordinate domestic and international meetings, maintain status updates, assist in presentations, and provide day to day to support to inventory mgmt. team.
Primary Function is coordinating all paperwork necessary for the Departments Estimates and Invoices which includes Investment committee submittal. Utilizes Oracle to initiate purchase orders and/or payment forms. Assign Capital and Operation expense codes as needed.
Coordinates and obtains the necessary permit checks for the departments which includes obtaining signatures and approvals for expense, working with other departments including corporate finance and AP to turn them around quickly to meet customer orders.
Work with invoice aging reports with Suppliers and Vendors.
Works with Other department on month and year end accruals. Maintains departmental files and keeps records.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Three (3) or more years of clerical or administrative experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge, with proven experience, of Microsoft Office applications, Oracle, and other departmental applications such as Cabledata, Salesforce.com, Brass Ring, etc.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy.
• Must be flexible to work overtime on short notice.
