Job Description
The Senior Recruiter will be part of a team responsible for developing, implementing, and executing a broad recruiting strategy to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates across our business and Studio functions. The Sr. Recruiter will work directly with hiring managers to define roles and implement staffing strategies to guarantee a qualified and diverse candidate pool. The Sr. Recruiter will report to the Director of Human Resources. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts and practices that align with Ubisoft’s culture, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Work with hiring managers to assess and understand their specific hiring needs and goals; develop and deploy recruiting strategies to meet established goals.
• Educate hiring managers on HR and recruitment policies and processes.
• Create a positive candidate experience during all stages of the recruitment process – sourcing screening, interviewing, offering, and preparing the candidate for the first day at Ubisoft.
• Manage, improve and maintain the recruitment process for Ubisoft.
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates through various search and sourcing methods
• Screen resumes and phone interview candidates to determine fit
• Track pipeline activity and share results with internal stakeholders
• Act as a good business partner by maintaining a professional and positive demeanor with candidates and client groups alike.
Qualifications
• BA/BS degree in Business or related field preferred
• 7+ years demonstrated full-cycle recruiting success across all functions.
• Experience recruiting for engineering and technology roles strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of attracting and hiring top talent
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate well
• Experience juggling multiple searches and customer relationships
• Results-oriented mindset
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and to be proactive in all stages of the recruitment process.
• Solid understanding of the gaming and/or entertainment industries.
