The Role:
The Philadelphia office is looking for a highly motivated, organized and enthusiastic individual, who is interested in learning more about the entertainment industry and Accounting. The internship will allow students to gain first-hand, experience in a variety of day-to-day accounting duties.
Areas that you will be learning about:
• Preparing financial reports, customer service, invoices
• Processing new vendor requests
• Wire and check payments and tracking status
• Managing show files
• Day to day to accounting activities ·
• Special projects and tasks within the Accounting Department
Qualifications:
• Must be an organized, detail oriented and motivated sophomore, junior or senior enrolled in a full time or part time university (this position is unpaid and for college credit ONLY)
• Must be able to work well within deadlines
• Strong computer skills, including Excel
• Coursework in Accounting is strongly encouraged
• Must have a car or have accessible and reliable transportation to Bala Cynwyd, PA
• Must be able and willing to work 2-3 days a week during the hours of 10am to 6pm
This is a non-paid internship, with flexible hours (minimum of 20 per week) to reflect your necessary college credit requirements.
