Job Summary:
The Campaign Manager will participate in the development, execution, and optimization of our client’s B2B marketing initiatives, from ideation through delivery and analysis. We are looking for someone firmly grounded in data and constantly willing to challenge the status quo with innovative testing strategies. The primary responsibilities will incorporate the complete marketing experience to optimize the B2B sales lifecycle. From building lead generation, nurturing, engagement and retention campaigns to measurement and iteration, helping to shape the voice of the brand and help grow a loyal consumer base.
The successful candidate will also bring demonstrated experience project managing team activities to execute campaigns with the technologies that develop integrated campaigns. Channel mix expertise includes direct mail, email, digital, social and mobile channels. Experience with Salesforce Pardot, marketing automation and other analytic tools preferable.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Solve business problems for our clients – developing a deep understanding of the challenge or opportunity and devising the best strategic solution through a combination of data, technology, content and media.
• Work with members of the marketing team to provide strategic recommendations and determine goals, target segments, campaign flows, and metrics requirements for marketing campaigns.
• Participate in the strategic development and execution for all email programs with a constant focus on optimization to achieve click-through rate, conversion, pipeline, revenue and other critical engagement goals.
• Own the circulation plan, segmentation strategy, cadence, sequencing, dynamic content rules and logic for all B2B marketing efforts.
• Leverage Salesforce Pardot to configure campaigns and deploy them.
• Analyze current lead acquisition strategies and provide data driven recommendations
• Establish and maintain executive-level and comprehensive reporting and analysis on all aspects of marketing programs.
• Live and breathe data. Experiment and optimize all aspects of email marketing utilizing data analysis. Continually A/B test and conduct experiments to incrementally improve performance.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant B2B campaign management and marketing experience, with a proven record of accomplishment in increasing conversions and program effectiveness through segmentation, circulation management, and other techniques.
• Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Product Development, Information Management
• Passionate about marketing with an obsession for getting under the skin of a business (the numbers) and understanding how it works and makes money
• Experience working with email marketing and marketing automation platforms required. Salesforce Pardot preferred.
• Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and other international email regulations.
• Working knowledge of lead acquisition, sales cycle and lead conversion.
• Activation experience with marketing analytics vendors such as Google or Adobe.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with omni-channel campaign management within Salesforce Pardot and with Salesforce Sales Cloud/Pardot integration.
• Strong team player
• Advanced PPT and Excel skills required
• Dynamic, driven, hands-on style
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation, influencing and negotiation skills
• Tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
