Overview
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to represent our company at our prestigious client's sites.
Responsibilities
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily work flow at the both client's locations.
Specific job duties may include but not be limited to the following:
•Manage team on site and ensure all Key Performance Indicators are entered & monitored plus Service Level Agreements are met
•Responsible for all aspects of the mail and Copy distribution including all transfer to different buildings & locations
•Responsible for all incoming & outgoing USPS mail and accountable shipments plus interoffice mail
•Responsible for client’s domestic, International and presort mail
•Responsible for all special mailings, supplies and inventory
•Responsible for mailing and tracking equipment, monitor equipment performance, copier technical support and supplies
•Responsible for vendor relation for USPS, UPS, FedEx accountable & overnight couriers, mailing equipment, mailing supplies and messenger services
•Responsible for updating Site Operations Manual
•Responsible promote cross-training for floater staff
•Monitor Canon staff time and attendance, dress code and policies
•Responsible for staff development & skill training
•Responsible for Maintaining the Mailroom, Copy center areas in a neat and orderly fashion
•Responsibility for follow up training on site for Copier Device
•Responsible for “ Copy Services/ Duplicating as requested
•Responsible for any and all facilities request
Qualifications
Your qualifications must include a high school diploma or equivalent, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills, prior management/supervisory experience, experience in Facilities Management support services and experience maintaining and promoting positive customer relationships. Must be able to move paper and lift packages. Knowledge of outsourcing/FM, such as copy center, mailroom, records/file management, document imaging, reprographics, and facsimile operations are highly desirable. Strong copy and mailroom skills required. Must have a clean valid drivers license to drive client van.
