CONTENT PROJECT COORDINATOR
Who We Are:
The Marketing Production Department has the unique opportunity to work across all brands and titles at 2K. The team creates and produce a high volume of assets to support all departments and retail in a fast-paced environment. This role will serve as a liaison to other internal departments and international counterparts to provide support with asset management and approvals.
What We Need:
We’re seeking a Content Project Coordinator to work on-site at our facilities in Novato, CA. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organization and communication skills and strong attention to detail. The candidate must also be able to juggle multiple projects while working with tight deadlines.
What You Will Do:
• Working with the project manager, designers, Marketing, Channel and other internal groups to identify and process creative marketing assets, initiate review tasks and track approvals. Tasks include, but not limited to:
• Provide ongoing support and promotion of the company’s digital asset management system
• Assist daily organization and processing of marketing creative assets
• Maintain proper naming conventions and develop metadata for creative assets
• Coordinate changes to asset system user roles, permissions and security policies
• Monitor and ensure conformance to digital asset management and archiving procedures; assist in creation and support of best practices
• Help asset creators and system users integrate systems into their workflows
• Assist users with troubleshooting system issues and/or escalate issues to internal support as primary point of contact
• Coordinate with international creative staff/admins to ensure consistency between teams
• Work with brand teams to identify and ingest creative marketing assets sourced from external resources
• Organize and initiate creative review tasks within the digital asset management system and keep review cycle on schedule
• Assist with submission of creative assets to ESRB & 1st parties for review and approval
Who We Think Will Be a Great Fit:
• Degree or equivalent, 2+ years in professional environment, experience preferably within consumer marketing or agency
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess crazy attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize assignments
• Familiar with digital asset management a plus
• Must be flexible and able to work overtime when needed
