Ticketmaster is looking for a Product Leader to own and deliver product security through fraud and abuse prevention strategies for the Ticketmaster consumer platform. You will work with other stakeholders to define and execute the abuse and fraud prevention roadmap while contributing to the security operations of Ticketmaster products. You will work closely with our fan experience, client relations, and customer support teams to communicate and implement abuse and fraud prevention best practices and drive feature adoption. In addition, you will lead our product security efforts across all of Ticketmaster consumer products, leveraging our machine-learning based models to identify and contain fraudulent activity.

What you'll get to do every day:
• Located with our fast-growing engineering team in Los Angeles, you will:
• Drive product development as the agile Product Owner for Security Dev and Fraud and Abuse Prevention Engineering teams in Los Angeles.
• You will own the Fraud & Abuse Prevention roadmaps and will work daily with our design and engineering teams to bring new features to market.
• Apply a data-driven approach to assess & contain abuse across the Ticketmaster platform.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and trustworthy platform for our clients and fans.
• Work with other Product Managers to ensure security best practices are integrated into the entire Ticketmaster product platform.
• Take responsibility for driving adoption by partnering closely with our Product Managers, Client Reps, Operations, and Customer Support teams to bring new security & abuse prevention features to market.
• When necessary, work closely with Ticketmaster's Security Operations team to respond to any customer-impacting security incidents.
• Collaborate with DevOps and NetOps to drive key security projects for Ticketmaster's infrastructure.
• Distill Ticketmaster's competitive positioning, customer research, and new technology developments into a clear security strategy that will differentiate our platform in the e-commerce enterprise space.
What you bring to the role:
• Demonstrated intuition for enhancing e-commerce, SaaS and/or mobile applications with security and fraud and abuse prevention features that help customers manage risk while maintaining usability and simplicity.
• You can proudly share your previous work as Product Manager leading projects from concept to production.
• You're innately passionate about product security, exhibiting a solid foundation of accepted data protection practices, threats and vulnerabilities, controls, and risk. You stay current with security trends.
• You have a solid understanding of security services such as authentication and encryption across mobile and web applications.
• You bring product management experience from a trust and safety, anti-spam/anti-abuse, or similar background, or you are experienced working in such settings.
• Accountability and work ethic necessary to successfully collaborate with multiple geographically distributed teams while managing multiple projects.
• Strong customer relationship skills used to define minimal requirements necessary to deliver customer value.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the willingness to present and defend your ideas to other key stakeholders.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to make decisions without perfect information.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
