Job Summary:
Provides general administrative and project or process support. As a TTWN Affiliate Services Representative, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining growth relationships with clients, agencies and affiliates in addition to directing stations to the affidavit site to confirm that scheduled advertisements aired correctly. This position is critical to the advertiser/agency invoice process, with specific timeliness and productivity deadlines in place to ensure revenue goals are met. Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely submission of TTWN affidavits for assigned region that includes several hundred affiliates. Contact stations by email and phone. Establish and maintain growth relationships with affiliates.
• Information collection and management.
• Handles live data from BMS that is connected to a company network.
• Work closely with other division groups (Ad Sales, Revenue Management, Research, Operations) to achieve established special projects, goals and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative, project or audit support.
• Participate in research and data collection for Billing, Compliance and Traffic Department as needed.
Key Capabilities:

• Microsoft Office experience including Word and Excel
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Functions effectively and comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
Required Experience
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Relevant work experience
• Strong organization skills; ability to handle many tasks at once and to prioritize workload.
• Adept in Microsoft Office technologies, especially Microsoft Excel
• Must be detail oriented and able to "follow-up until resolved"
