External Job Title– Sr Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer
The Sr RPA Developer, is a key position reporting directly to the Director of Intelligent Automation. The primary responsibilities will include implementing RPA Solutions to automate business processes across various functions, support execution of controls and compliance over the RPA processes, and work across business units to enhance efficiency and effectiveness with the use of RPA technologies
Duties & responsibilities include:
The Sr RPA Developer will work with process stakeholders to drive innovative RPA solutions. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions across business functions. Duties include:
Work closely with business process owners to determine process requirements and improvement options
Assess business processes at operational level, provide recommendations and potential RPA solutions for individual process and process integration
Develop RPA bots to optimize automation
Conduct RPA bot testing and maintaining updated workflow documentation
Deploy RPA robots and implement end-to-end process automation
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects and IT department colleagues on various project phases
Support process owners for RPA-related issues and monitor project progress after implementation
Drive implementation of best practices and other improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s Degree in related field, preferred
3+ years Experience with one or more RPA technologies such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism
3+ Experience with database technologies a plus: MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL
3+ Experience with scripting languages a must i.e.: #c, Java Script, XML, Python, Windows scripting, Shell Scripts, Unix scripts
Experience with AWS services: EC2, S3
Experience with OCR technology, a plus
Experience Automation Anywhere, preferred
Desired Skills and Experience:
Project Management experience is a plus
Team Player, enthusiastic to understand complex business processes and perform under pressure
Understand the concepts, best practices and functions to implement RPA solutions
Eager to learn, adopts and leverages fresh perspectives, breakthrough ideas, and new paradigms to create value for the organization
Analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary and fast pace environment
Be ready to take initiative with continuous improvement mind-set
Experience in the education industry is a plus
Detailed oriented and ability to learn and work independently
Good oral and written communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Might be in a stationary position for a considerable time (sitting and/or standing).
The person in this position needs to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
Must be able to collaborate with colleagues via face to face, conference calls, and online meetings.
