Job Description
Job Summary: The Games Manager position develops and leads a high performance Games and Attractions team. This individual is responsible for meeting or exceeding the operational P&L of the department by evaluating and analyzing trend data and identifying opportunities for continuous improvements. This person oversees the daily operation of the Skill Games, Paid Attractions, Arcades, Water Park Rentals and coordinates with THE Flash Pass operation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement and maintain a strong positive team environment working with a team of over 250 seasonal employees.
• Develop, implement and execute continuous improvements in game selection, layout, presentation and pricing to take advantage of Guest trends.
• Manages the physical inventory of the department and adheres to all Six Flags and generally accepted inventory procedures and reporting.
• Design and implement displays, signage, POS menus and keep supply locations neat and orderly
• Purchases inventory for games through all stages of product life
◦ Interact with Guests; accept compliments and resolve complaints by addressing concerns
◦ Develops, implements and executes all labor and expense plans.
◦ Continually look for operating efficiencies and implement effective measures to improve results

# Ensures the safety of all team members and Guests and create department safety initiatives.
• Teach all Team Members and ensure Six Flags policies and procedures and any state, federal and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
• Outstanding leadership, team building, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication skills. The ability to provide clear, concise verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with self-motivation, strong work ethic and positive attitude
• The willingness to support park-wide safety initiatives and maintain OSHA compliance
• Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously and meet deadlines in an efficient manner
• Ability to use quantifiable metrics to analyze the business and make decisions
• Inventory experience preferred
• Games or Vending experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED/equivalent
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experienced required
• Must have the ability to work up to 6 days a week including nights, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
• Must be able to operate department equipment including having a valid & current driver's license.
Strong computer skills required for position. Microsoft Office, Eatec and Freedom experience preferred.
