Summary:
As a Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst in the Global Customer Experience organization, you will play a key role in generating analytical solutions to complex customer support business problems by mining data, leveraging data experiments, conducting analysis, and generating insights that yield to relevant, actionable insights.
You will work with different levels of Global Cx Operations by taking support data and analytics requests by gathering business requirements, sourcing and validating data, analyzing data, building models, synthesizing insights, and presenting results.
Description of Role:
• Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources including Salesforce (CRM), telephony, financial and HR systems
• Provide key analytics, visualizations (including Tableau) and reports for key Global Cx and business operational leadership
• Provide Project management in support of key business initiatives
• Prepare necessary supporting analytics to assist departmental and business insights and decision making
• Maintain tracking database for key projects and departmental initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Analyst or Analyst lead, working on data or business intelligence projects in an industry relevant to Pearson
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, and be able to interact with and influence decision-making by non-analytical business audiences
• Have the ability to organize, prioritize work, meet deadlines and work independently;
• Be able to handle multiple projects and activities in a timely, organized manner;
• Be a creative problem solver, flexible, proactive and ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
