To support our growing business, we are searching for an Associate Marketing Manager to support the launch and growth of our owned and operated podcasts. This person will report to our Director of Audience Growth and lead execution of marketing strategies to build and engage listeners for the podcasts under our umbrella of networks.
Specifically, you’ll:
• Assist with marketing efforts to grow audiences for owned and operated podcasts. This includes planning show launches and marketing campaigns for existing podcasts.
• Own execution of paid and unpaid marketing tactics for specific shows (your own roster of podcasts so-to-speak), including email campaigns, internal and external podcast ads, listening platform promotion (e.g. on the Apple store) and social media promotion.
• Help devise and create promotional assets like podcast cover art, ad images/copy, landing pages, videos, and audiograms across marketing channels.
• Own reporting for platform listening stats and send listening reports to show producers.
You’re a great fit if:
• You have 2-3 years’ hands on experience in marketing to a consumer audience across digital channels and their relevant analytics reporting processes. Experience in media & entertainment and/or media planning and placement - specifically for audio - is a plus.
• You’re process-driven, have an affinity for project management and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• You enjoy working on both the analytical and creative sides of marketing. Concepting content for social media and finding nuggets of data in a spreadsheet to help optimize a channel are both things you like to do.
• You’re a team player, results and detail-oriented, self-starter kind of person who likes to get stuff done.
• You love podcasts and think more people should be listening to them.
