Description
Forbes seeks a program manager for strategic and operational services for Forbes sponsored editorial and paid brand content programs. This role is responsible for centralized internal management of key activities across dozens of content programs, working across client services, content production, product and brand strategy teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain standardized program execution policies and business materials such as standard program terms/conditions, program rosters and releases; act as an internal resource as needed for the information; and help develop new information as needed
• Manage creative freelancer roster, onboarding and payment
• Manage third-party vendor assessment, onboarding, testing and integration
• Monitor traffic pacing and distribution management across programs, and optimize as needed
• Manage program intake and assignments
• Manage and aid with strategy for centralized workflow, including practices and procedures for collaborative tool usage, internal response and delivery practice, and document storage
• Perform other cross-program management tasks as needed
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in digital media in a program-oriented role
• Experience managing cross-team workflow
• Highly organized
• Adept at working with and calculating data and in areas such as site traffic analytics, conversion rates, CTR, CPM, CPV
• Comfortable working within variety of project management and other collaborative tools and optimizing workflow across multiple teams
• Service-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
