Position Overview
Autodesk’s Digital Acquisition Marketing team is looking for an SEO Strategist to lead its organic search marketing efforts in the Americas. In this role, you will be part of a team that accelerates Autodesk’s growth by acquiring new customers across multiple digital channels. We’re looking for a creative problem solver who loves using data to influence the direction of Autodesk’s digital marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
• Evaluating search performance and driving SEO improvement for Autodesk, focusing primarily on ecommerce goals in the Americas
• Driving traffic and business results through keyword research, competitive analysis, content creation, and more
• Aligning search strategies and tactics between digital marketing, industry marketing, demand generation and digital advertising
• Measuring the effectiveness of strategies and tactics with analytics tools, such as Adobe Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Search Console, and revising as needed
• Staying up-to-speed on SEO trends and best practices and sharing them with the wider team to help maintain competitive edge
• Identifying and helping the web team execute against high-value content opportunities based on search and web traffic data
Minimum Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in online marketing, ideally in enterprise-level SEO
• At least 1-2 years online publishing experience, ideally in content development
• Understanding of the basic components of search algorithms and SEO best practices
• Working knowledge of HTML, and familiarity with CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with SEO analysis, common SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Familiarity with integrated paid-organic search marketing
Preferred Qualifications
• Collaborative in your approach to problem solving
• Comfortable presenting data and crafting compelling stories to influence decisions
• A strong communicator, with the ability to explain complex concepts effectively and concisely to a variety of audiences
• Proactive and eager to take on new challenges and see tasks through to completion
• Experienced in digital marketing best practices for ecommerce, especially B2B
• Fluent in multiple languages (e.g., Spanish and/or Portuguese)
