Manager of E-commerce & Mobile
Location:New York City

JOB SUMMARY: The Manager of E-commerce & Mobile will be responsible for the growth and management of the company's online ticketing business and guest facing mobile apps. The ideal candidate will have hands-on-experience managing a busy digital eco-system including day-to-day operations, product management, digital marketing, platform development/integrations, analytics and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee electronic ticketing on sixflags.com, mobile apps and other digital sales channels.
• Work closely with internal teams to plan and execute new sales and marketing initiatives.
• Manage the development, performance and growth of the company's e-commerce platform and mobile apps, delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
• Guide projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are accurately delivered to technical spec and on-time.
• Interpret analytical data and generate insights to help drive business decisions.
• Develop and maintain systems and support documentation, provide support to end-users.
• Manage third-party e-commerce vendor and online partner relationships.
◦ Identify new areas of opportunity and innovation beyond current organizational thinking.
◦ Perform other duties as needed to support the business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in e-commerce, digital marketing or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, knowledge of electronic ticketing a big plus.
• Experience working with content management systems.
• Understanding of UI/UX design for Web, iOS and Android.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS -- JavaScript a plus.
• Understanding of web services / APIs.
• Knowledge of Apple Developer and Google Play app management platforms -- experience with Crashlytics and TestFlight a plus.
• Experience with analytics software -- Google Analytics and Tag Manager preferred.
• Knowledge of payment processing, PCI and fraud mitigation -- Experience with BrainTree, Recurring Billing and Accertify a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile software development -- knowledge of JIRA a plus.
• Competency to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with excellent oral and written communication skills.
