Job Summary:
The Business Analyst Intern will take part in a number of exciting ongoing projects that will help modernize the technology stack for radio programming.

As the Business Analyst, you will:
• Elicit requirements from stakeholders using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process analysis, use cases or user stories, scenarios, event lists, competitive product analysis, task and workflow analysis.
• Work with the product manager or project sponsor to document the project’s business requirements and support efforts.
• Deliver business requirements documentation and associated artifacts. Collaborate with stakeholders to get stakeholder buy-in of business requirements.
• Write requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language simply, clearly, unambiguously, and concisely.
• Represent requirements using alternative views, such as visual analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or simulations, where appropriate.
• Take complex business analyses and problems from concept to completion in a cross functional environment.
• Interact with internal and external clients to extract, interpret and communicate data
• Lead and facilitate ongoing requirements prioritization.
• Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.
• Enter, manipulate, and report on requirements stored in a requirements management tool. Define requirement attributes and use them throughout the project.
• Manage the creation and use of requirements trace information.
• Track requirements status throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage changes to baselined requirements through effective and appropriate application of change control processes and tools.
• Develops and structures effective test cases; author the test suite for a project or subject area.
• Executes test cases/suites for features and evaluates actual vs. expected results.
• Bug Management and Reporting.
• Develop an effective Testing Plan/Strategy for the product.
• Driving quality assurance methodology on a product with a continuous release model.
To join the Team you will need the following experience:
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field.
• 3.0 GPA is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge and/or experience with radio programming
• Knowledge and/or experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge and/or experience with Scrum/Agile principals
• Knowledge and/or experience with business analytical concepts
