Salesforce Business Analyst
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing/implementing solutions
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
• Performing user acceptance testing
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
• Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users
• Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
• Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis, individual views, and troubleshoot issues
• Perform other related duties, as assigned

• Deliver Salesforce solutions consisting of out of the box, AppExchange, and custom code to a user base of 4000+ users
• Be able to multitask, commit to meeting targets with competing priorities and deadlines across multiple key stake holders
• Ensure problem-free deployments to production, without any interruptions to business processes
• Lead incident and problem resolution activities to minimize impacts on availability and performance
• Create a data-driven culture with high standards of operational excellence and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices
• Demonstrate experience in a highly customized Salesforce.com environment - administering and customizing Salesforce.com platform essential; workflows, automation, standard and custom objects, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot production incidents in complex, multi-application environments
• Ability to leverage cloud environments, both Iaas, and PaaS as well as open source tools
• Ability to establish a data-driven culture and a repeatable, structured and disciplined approach to the full systems lifecycle
Experience:
• B.S. in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field
• Salesforce Administrator certification strongly desirable
• Additional Salesforce certifications a plus
