Position Overview:
Responsible for driving operational initiatives in the assigned Consumer line of business (LOB) and/or strategic partner, reporting to the sales Director. The role will require partnering with the extended cross-functional teams to ensure partner and channel sales manager business needs are met.
In addition to driving operational initiatives, this role will be responsible for the measurement, calibration, and validation of initiative and process changes. As such, this role requires strong communication, influencing, analytical, and attention to detail skills.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
• Responsible for a variety of operational initiatives across the NPS organization
• Owns all S2D onboarding activities, including new agent onboarding
• Responsible for all onboarding and operational duties of Indirect Retail
• Acts as subject matter expert for ASAP, our Indirect partner sales tool
• Creates reports, analyzes partners and delivers material that assists Channel managers with their strategic decisions and recommendations
• Distributes the data needed for weekly/monthly executive reviews
• Provides analytical support to senior management to evaluate organizational effectiveness
• Ensure operational readiness and support on new offers and initiatives across our partners
• Coordinates & delivers needed training material to customers, partners and/or sales employees
• Makes recommendations to enhance productivity, sales revenues & collaboration between operations, sales, marketing, product, finance & strategic partners.
• Ensures sales operations policies/practices are reviewed/revised and properly documented as business conditions change.
• Using broad sales operations & business knowledge, identifies issues & opportunities to improve
