ACCOUNT MANAGER
Job Summary:
Programmatic/digital media has many moving parts. Your role is key in working with Account Executives, Digital Campaign Managers, Ignite (our programmatic solutions division) & Management Team to ensure the long-term success of our clients through accurate order entry and proper communication with all parties.
Responsibilities:
• Enter digital sales orders into Wide Orbit [trafficking system], attach confirmation (signed order) and follow the order through the approval process.
• Work with Account Executives to enter trafficking and creative design instructions into our ticketing platform [vCreative] which will begin the Creative Services/trafficking process. This includes logos, images, color palettes, Calls to Action, and any other creative instructions.
• Work with Account Executives to enter vCreative requests to have any necessary pixels/creatives produced for digital campaigns in advance of their start dates.
• Enter campaign details into vCreative ticketing platform with accurate information as provided by the Account Executive with oversight from Digital Campaign Manager. This includes KPI, Tactics, Impression Goals, Budgets, Geography, URLs, Start and End Dates, and any other pertinent information for the campaign to run correctly.
• Review ‘Missing Creative’ lists via Digital Internet Lines Manager report in Wide Orbit, and follow up with Account Executives to get these elements created/trafficked in vCreative.
• Pass the Townsquare Ignite Certification Training.
• Attend recurring digital trainings to stay up-to-date on the latest information regarding products and order entry.
• Support and train Account Manager counterparts if needed at other sister stations
• Create social media creative mockups (when necessary) via Facebook Creative Hub
Qualifications:
• Qualified candidates must pay great attention to detail
• AM must be highly organized & cognizant of turnaround times/flight dates
• AM must be able to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with multiple teams, locally and beyond
• Qualified candidate must be a student of the business; consistently staying up-to-date and informed when it comes to new offerings from our Ignite platform
• AM must be a resource to sales staff when it comes to digital campaigns and creative, and must be familiar with all of our available training materials, as well as where to find them
• Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office, and the Google Suite of Products is preferred
• Qualified candidates must be willing to learn and grow as the company grows
