Enterprise Account Manager, EAM - Spectrum Enterprise

The Highlights
The Enterprise Account Manager is a field sales position selling voice, data, cloud and video services.
In this role, you focus on upselling services to existing clients, renewing and retaining clients and winning back former clients. To be successful, you will need to be an expert at establishing long-term client relationships.
What you will do
• Grow key relationships to support their fast-growing business
• Cultivate new opportunities with former clients
• Develop client-centric solutions highlighting product benefits
• Facilitate face-to-face meetings to pursue renewal opportunities
• Deliver proposals to promote new revenue
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales and revenue quotas
• Maintain client database
• Work in conjunction with account management, sales engineering and marketing
• Build network through referrals, prospecting calls, trade shows and peers
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions
• Carry out other duties as needed
Required keys for success
• Two or more years of business-to-business account management or sales experience
• Proven record as top sales performer exceeding revenue quota
• Skills to quickly conduct consultative analysis and provide recommendations
• Aptitude to participate as a collaborative team member
• Ability to multitask and manage change
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS/CSG or other billing systems
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Visio
• Effective communication skills
How you will stand out from the crowd
• Two or more years of experience selling data, voice, cloud or video solutions
• Positive attitude with strong presentation skills
• Deadline-driven nature in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Motivation from a commission-based model
• Coachable disposition with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with Spectrum Enterprise product suite, business software, hardware and intranet
Your education
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field (preferred)
