The Dallas Morning News currently has an opening for a Premium Loyalty Rewards Marketing Coordinator. This role will coordinate creative requests and assists the Premium Loyalty Rewards Manager with campaign execution for The Dallas Morning News’ two new premium rewards tiers tied to the Plugged In loyalty rewards program. The Coordinator is responsible for campaign execution, project management, creative design requests, event planning and promotion, fulfilling the strategic marketing plan, and helping in the development of integrated, non-traditional solutions to generate member engagement.
Responsibilities include:
• Reports to the Premium Loyalty Rewards Marketing Manager.
• Monitors, verifies, and fulfills subscriber rebate submissions, including commenting platform compliance.
• Fulfills all premium rewards tiers perks.
• Acts as a liaison with the creative team by writing creative briefs to guide and influence execution of internally and externally developed materials to support two new premium rewards tiers.
• Targets and segments creative based on customer lifetime value, demographics, and other variables.
• Develops new subscriber perks for two new premium rewards tiers by working closely with the newsroom, sales, and advertising to create unique opportunities and experiences.
• Support the development, execution, and reporting of online perks and experiences using online tools.
• Facilitates inter-departmental communications as needed to disseminate information about new premium tiers.
• Plans events and assists with night and weekend events a few times per month.
• Performs related duties as assigned which may not be listed above but which are within the general occupational series and responsibility level associated with this position.
