Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy, driven, fast track professional for a Corporate Finance Manager role to help with the company's global Corporate finance function.
The ideal candidate will have foundational corporate finance / FP&A experience, combined with some experience with investment banking or corporate development. The selected professional will report to the Director of Corporate Finance and assist with financial modeling, board packages, budget targets, strategic planning, other special projects and providing decision support on Corporate finance matters.

This position will play a critical role supporting the team's ability to be the trusted financial advisors of the company, developing near term and long-term forecasting and providing key business insights to the executive team.
Job Description
Support monthly updates of corporate business models for revenue, network access costs, operating expense, capex and changes in working capital. Drive continuous improvement and refinement of underlying financial models to increase forecast accuracy.
Drive insightful, value-added business analyses that supports better decision-making. Work with the team to develop recommendations to mitigate risks and/or capitalize on opportunities.
Comprehensively help monitor the overall business, highlighting trends, performing variance analysis and assessing results
Collaborate with other members of the finance and accounting team and key business stakeholders to understand the story behind the numbers and synthesize results into financial model assumptions
Assist in the development of annual targeting scenarios, focusing on the underlying business drivers, key financial and operating metrics and sensitivity analysis
Create presentations and analyses for the CFO and CEO as well as board of directors' materials
Provide analytical, financial modeling, and decision-making support for ad-hoc and special projects
Work closely with other teams (Business Finance, Treasury, Accounting, Strategy, Tax) while coordinating inputs and partnering across departments to complete assignments
Qualifications
5-7+ years of relevant work experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, plus prior investment banking and/or corporate development background
BA/BS degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration; an MBA preferred
Advanced Excel modeling skills with expert use of PowerPoint
Highly motivated and an analytical thinker who can go deep within the business, but also understands the bigger picture
Proactive, with expert problem-solving skills, along with a very strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion with limited supervision
Team player with a humble and positive attitude
Specific experience with Hyperion Essbase and building reports is a plus
