Description
Welcome guests upon arrival. Perform all check-in and checkout functions. Accept, sort and distribute all messages for guests. Produce, generate, and distribute reports. Post charges to guests' accounts. Respond to guests' special needs.
Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively. Must be able to read and write English proficiently, type, operate computerized front office system, comprehend and follow instructions, make decisions without supervision, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. One year Front Desk experience in similar first class hotel preferred.
