Copywriter, Customer Success Organization

Position Overview
Autodesk is looking for a full-time copywriter to help customers who subscribe to our 3D Design software and services onboard, adopt and renew. You will also help us craft messaging to win-back those who churn. This is a highly creative and collaborative role in which you will work closely with the Customer Lifecycle Managers, Design, and Industry Marketing Teams.
Responsibilities
• Help our customers make the most of their subscription experience by writing nurture emails, newsletters, in-product messaging, and landing pages
• Work with Customer Lifecycle Managers to help review nurture assets and identify benefits that will resonate with our various subscriber personas
• Write compelling headlines that accurately represent a featured asset and its benefits—and CTAs that get our subscribers to click
• Assist with the review and development of onboarding communications and other digital experiences as necessary
• Learn our editorial guidelines and maintain brand guidelines (voice and tone)
• Be prepared to participate in on-site content strategy, copy development, and creative brainstorming/working sessions
Minimum Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience (with at least one year of agency experience)
• B2B experience
• Experience writing lifecycle communications for a software company preferred
• Ability to translate complex ideas or messaging in to succinct, benefit-driven short-form copy (i.e., compelling headlines, sub-headlines, supporting body copy, CTAs)
• Experience writing with a global audience in mind
• Exceptional communication skills
• Expert understanding of writing mechanics and English grammar
• Familiarity with trends and styles in all aspects of writing for the internet
• Familiarity with nurturing customers across channels (social, email, web, etc.)
• English, Communications, Journalism or similar writing-related degree
