JOB SUMMARY
This position will support Enterprise Communication initiatives and will assist in driving lead database growth of Spectrum Reach by driving effienciences of external communications across the enterprise. Supports the Database Communications Manager
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contribute to database marketing & lead generation best practices and trends as well as provide insights to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor conversion rates and make appropriate, incremental adjustments to improve results and optimize engagement
• Analyse,support and execute current lead generation process.
• Use agreed targeting criteria to manage list-building and segmentation models
• Set up and testing of automations and segmentations in the marketing automation platform
• Gather data, perform analysis, and make recommendations based on those results.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels including online, social media and email.
• Think strategically to identify categories of content that can be developed to grow our business, achieve client-centric goals and retain existing clients.
• Stay abreast of competitive trends and messages as well as break-through and innovative direct marketing practices (i.e. Webinars, videos, etc.)
• Extremely resourceful to leverage assets both internally and externally to drive business performance.
• Identify and manage vendor partnerships as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business.
• 2-5 years of marketing experience with brand management background preferred
• Proficiency in a marketing automation platform is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Ideal candidate has B2B marketing experience specifically with lead generation and email-marketing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
• Experience and comprehensive understanding of the campaigns leveraging paid media, social media and lead generation.
• Demonstrated track record of translating and analyzing data trends and insights into compelling strategies
Education
BA/BS in Communications, Marketing or related field preferred.
Related Work Experience
• 3+ years’ experience in marketing preferred.
