Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Supervisor will coordinate execution of product,
offer and promo launches for Comcast Business in Central Division. This
role will partner with various Comcast teams, including Product & Pricing,
Sales Enablement, Business Support Center (BSC), Care, Sales, Technical
Operations, etc. The individual will develop process and procedures to drive
marketing operations efficiencies.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the intake of new product initiatives and projects and ensures
our billing systems and all order entry platforms are properly designed and
built as strategically scoped by our business partners.
• Facilitate the intake of offers and promotions requested by our Marketing
Strategy leaders and ensure our billing systems and all order entry platforms
are properly designed and built as strategically scoped by our business partners.
• Ensure new product and offer launches are tested and trialed within the Order
Entry processes of the billing and sales systems.
• Define and execute Sales and Support efficiencies to improve overall order entry
experiences in ACSR to include-Campaign Audits, Picklist Standardization,
Serviceability and other functions
Core Responsibilities:
• Support the Marketing Operations Director in all components of operational
execution for Comcast Business
• Serve as a subject matter expert for sales and retention offers, promo rules,
products, and provide the business with real-time access and support of key
business system
• Serve as primary point of contact for MIS, BSC, DPMO and Sales Support
teams for escalations on CSG Code Builds
• Develop comprehensive training and development plan for Marketing Operations
Specialist
• Drive promo roll strategy execution, streamline departmental processes and increase
speed to market for sales offers and programs
• Support Director in processing and approving ICB requests and work to shorten the
SLA and assist in closing more orders for month end
• Define and monitor SLAs for Atlas and CM requests Intake from HQ, Presenting to
MIS, Advancement to Finance
• Support ongoing efforts to streamline and simplify the pricing constructs, offers and
playbooks
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work
nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
• Strong demonstrated proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint required
• CSG Billing, Workbench, Bundle Builder, Frictionless experience a plus
• Ability to communicate complexity in simple to understand terms at all levels of leadership
• Flexibility to adapt to ever changing business environments and needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Telecommunications industry experience a plu
Job Specification:
• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Generally requires 4-7 years related experience
