Overview and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for coordinating and executing daily operations for Senior Vice President, Motion Picture Music & Marketing, which are vital to the Department's general workflow.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Assist SVP, handling general administrative duties (phones, scheduling & calendar entries, travel & expenses, etc.)
• Work closely with SVP in all creative efforts including content creation, creative direction, securing legal filmmaker & studio approvals while ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely manner
• Organizing and cataloguing incoming and outgoing music materials for Feature Productions & Marketing Campaigns
• Ensure music deliverables are completed and routed to all necessary parties (Filmmakers, Production, Post-Production, Creative Advertising, etc.)
• Participate in creative music searches and general market research
• Coordinate incoming invoices & payments
• Run periodic reports as directed
• Handle all score, soundtrack and single artwork
Basic Qualifications
• BA/BS degree
Additional Qualifications
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Excellent multitasking and follow through
• Exceptional phone etiquette
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Strong verbal & writing skills
• Knowledge of Film development, production, and marketing process
• Demonstrated interest in music and latest music trends
